The estimated cost is $2750 per person including airfares, airport taxes, travel insurance, T-shirt and the exchanges operational costs. Students and parents will be notified of the exact cost with their offer of a place to participate in the exchange. Please note that airfares are subject to change which will affect the final cost. A non-refundable $500 deposit must be paid with the submission of a full application. The due date for the last installment is the final date to apply for withdrawal with a possibility of a refund.

Students selected to travel will be required to have a current passport that is valid for at least 6 months after return to Australia. Non-Australian students must contact the travel agent* immediately after accepting an offer of a place to ensure their Australian visa allows them to travel abroad and to check whether a French visa is required. The cost of a Visa or passport renewal is not included in the exchange cost.

Whilst in La Réunion, students will require some pocket money for such items as telephone cards, souvenirs and other small out-of-pocket expenses.
